Navigating the Clinical Component

The income nurse practitioner will provide care to patients at three(3) CMH locations. Astoria, Seaside, and Warrenton. The provider will cover one location per shift, and shifts will be evenly distributed amongst all locations. The practice does not want the patients to get used to one provider, so we keep the providers rotating.  This helps keep the practice seen as an Urgent Care practice, not a pseudo primary care practice.

The practitioner will work 174 (10-hour) shifts per year.
Shifts are flexible and scheduled 3 months in advance and is a collaborative effort between the clinic manager and provider.
There is an option to work 7on/7off, 14on/14off, or even staged working 14on/21off.
Weekend and holidays are shared equally.
Strong base salary regardless of the number of shifts worked in a month. That the end of the year there is a true-up to compensation if worked more than or less than 174 shifts.

Hours: Daily, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Holidays: Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Open 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on other major holidays.

CMH Urgent Care, Seaside – CMH – OHSU Health Medical Group
Hours: Daily, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Holidays: Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Open 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on other major holidays.

Hours: Daily, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Holidays: Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Open 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on other major holidays.
