Navigating the Clinical Component

The income nurse practitioner will provide care to patients at three (3) CMH locations. Astoria, Seaside, and Warrenton. 1 floater that goes to all locations The provider will cover one location per shift, and shifts will be evenly distributed amongst all locations. The practice does not want the patients to get used to one provider, so we keep the providers rotating.  This helps keep the practice seen as an Urgent Care practice, not a pseudo primary care practice.

The practitioner will work 174 (10-hour) shifts per year. Average of 14 shifts per month
Shifts are flexible and scheduled 3 months in advance and are a collaborative effort between the clinic manager and provider.
Weekends and holidays are shared equally and the schedule created as a collaborative effort between the clinic manager and provider
Strong base salary regardless of the number of shifts worked in a month. At the end of the year there is a true-up to compensation if worked more than or less than 174 shifts.
Patient volume - 30 patients per day during flu season 20 the rest of the year.
App’s have a lot of autonomy.
You will work in all locations and each app with work as a floater between all sites to assist as needed.

Hours: Daily, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Holidays: Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Open 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on other major holidays.

CMH Urgent Care, Seaside – CMH – OHSU Health Medical Group
Hours: Daily, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Holidays: Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Open 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on other major holidays.

Hours: Daily, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Holidays: Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Open 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on other major holidays.
