The OBGYN clinic is a well-established practice serving a diverse patient population across a large 400,000+ patient draw area. This clinic operates as part of a multi-physician practice, ensuring collaborative, high-quality care while allowing practitioners the autonomy to manage their own patient panels.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive women’s healthcare services, including gynecological exams, prenatal/postnatal care, and contraception counseling.
  • Work both independently and alongside a lead physician to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Manage a patient volume of 15-18 per day, balancing both OB and GYN cases.
  • Expect an OB patient mix of no more than 50%, with the remainder being general gynecology cases.

Facilities & Resources

  • On-Site Labor & Delivery: The practice is supported by a Level II NICU staffed with neonatal nurse practitioners and maternal-fetal medicine specialists.
  • Dedicated OB Operating Rooms: The clinic has two dedicated ORs for C-sections and gynecological procedures, offering efficiency and ease of scheduling.
  • Triage & Outpatient Testing: The unit includes triage rooms and outpatient testing beds, allowing for thorough assessment and monitoring of patients.
  • Integrated Support Services: Access to behavioral health counselors, case managers, and diabetes education specialists, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
