Meet Out Team
Community Medical Anesthesia Consultants is a group of 32 anesthesiologists covering three hospitals across the Fresno area. The team includes general anesthesiologists and cardiac fellowship-trained physicians who handle cardiac cases at Fresno Heart and Surgical Hospital. The group has held the anesthesia contract across these sites for about 20 years.
The culture centers on autonomy, fair scheduling, and strong collegiality. New physicians join on equal earning footing from their first day, with no buy-in and no partnership track to complete. Members describe a supportive environment with plenty of help available to bring new physicians up to speed.

- Scheduling handled by two schedulers and a supervisor through a contracted healthcare management company
