Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $260.00 – no differential pay
  • CME Stipend: $3,000/year
  • Licensure & Credentialing Fees: Covered by CMC
  • Retirement Plans: 401k and/or 403b, 401K matching, Voluntary 403B, 457B – 457B with matching
  • Eligibility: Participate from day one; match up to 4.5 of 6%
  • Malpractice Coverage: $1M/$3M with tail coverage upon departure
  • Insurance: Medical, Dental, and Vision
  • Supplemental Insurance: Cancer, Accident, Critical Care & Recovery (AFLAC)
  • Disability: Short & Long-Term Disability
  • Life Insurance
  • Pet Insurance
