Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $260.00 – no differential pay
- CME Stipend: $3,000/year
- Licensure & Credentialing Fees: Covered by CMC
- Retirement Plans: 401k and/or 403b, 401K matching, Voluntary 403B, 457B – 457B with matching
- Eligibility: Participate from day one; match up to 4.5 of 6%
- Malpractice Coverage: $1M/$3M with tail coverage upon departure
- Insurance: Medical, Dental, and Vision
- Supplemental Insurance: Cancer, Accident, Critical Care & Recovery (AFLAC)
