Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary + WRVU Bonuses
- MGMA Median: $575,000 – Salary is negotiable based on experience
- Production Bonuses: Available based on WRVU. Threshold and per RVU value will align with the final salary using MGMA Survey data
- Income Potential: $775,000+
- Contract Length: 3-Year Term
- WRVU Conversion Factor/Threshold: Varies based on final salary
- Base Salary: Evergreen
- Signing Bonus/Relocation Stipend: $30,000–$40,000 – Paid after 30 days of employment, with a 36-month forgiveness period
Paid Time Off
- 24 Days – Accrual-based PTO with rollover
- Includes: Vacation, Holidays, and Sick Leave
Continuing Medical Education (CME)
- Time Off: 5 Days
- Stipend: $3,000/year
Retirement Benefits
