Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

Director Role & Compensation

  • Director Duties: Approximately 20% Administrative and 80% Clinical
  • Base Salary: $550k–$600k+ – Negotiable based on experience
  • Production Bonuses: Available based on WRVU
  • Leadership Stipend: Offered and varies with experience
  • Contract Length: 3-Year Term
  • WRVU Conversion Factor/Threshold: Applicable – base salary always guaranteed
  • Signing Bonus/Relocation Stipend: $35,000+ (negotiable), paid after 30 days of employment

Time Off & CME

  • Paid Time Off: 24 Days
  • CME Time Off: 5 Days
  • CME Stipend: $3,000/year
