Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview
- Base Salary (Typically MGMA Median) Plus WRVU Bonuses
- $480,000+ – Salary is negotiable based on experience.
- Production Bonuses are available based on WRVU. The RVU threshold and per RVU value will be based on the final salary amount utilizing the MGMA Survey.
- Contract Length – 3 Year Term
- WRVU Conversion Factor/ Threshold
- Base Salary is always guaranteed.
- $30,000-$35,000 Signing Bonus/Relocation Stipend - Paid after 30-days of employment and will have a 36-month forgiveness period.
- Paid Time Off – 22 Days
- CME Time Off – 5 Days
- CME Stipend - $3,000/year
- Retirement Plans: 401k and/or 403b, 401K matching, Voluntary 403B, 457B – 457B w/ matching. You are eligible to participate 60-days after your first day benefits and retirement begin, the match up to 4.5 of 6%
