Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview
Director Role & Compensation
- Director Duties: Approximately 20% Administrative and 80% Clinical
- Base Salary: $550k–$600k+ – Negotiable based on experience
- Production Bonuses: Available based on WRVU
- Leadership Stipend: Offered and varies with experience
- Contract Length: 3-Year Term
- WRVU Conversion Factor/Threshold: Applicable – base salary always guaranteed
- Signing Bonus/Relocation Stipend: $35,000+ (negotiable), paid after 30 days of employment
Time Off & CME
- Paid Time Off: 24 Days
- CME Time Off: 5 Days
- CME Stipend: $3,000/year
