Director Role & Administrative Time

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $700k+ (flexible/negotiable) + Bonus Potential
  • Production Bonuses: Available based on WRVU
  • Contract Length: 3-Year Term
  • WRVU Conversion Factor/Threshold: Defined; Base Salary is always guaranteed
  • Signing Bonus/Relocation Stipend: $50,000 (negotiable) – Paid after 30 days of employment
  • Paid Time Off: 24 Days
  • CME Time Off: 5 Days
  • CME Stipend: $3,000/year
  • Student Loan Repayment: Available if applicable based on amount
  • Retirement Plans: 401K and/or 403B, 401K matching, Voluntary 403B, 457B – 457B with matching
  • Malpractice Coverage: Paid, including Tail upon departure
  • Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision
  • Supplemental Insurance: Cancer, Accident, Critical Care & Recovery (AFLAC)
