Compensation
• Base Salary: Competitive, with high-performing providers earning $850,000–$1.1 million annually.
• Productivity Incentives:
• wRVU rates of $95 (0–3 years of experience) and $105 (7+ years of experience).
• Additional $15 per wRVU for patient experience and quality measures, with potential earnings of up to $150,000 in bonuses.
• APP Supervision Stipend: $40,000–$80,000 annually.

Bonuses and Relocation Assistance
• Starting Bonus: Negotiable.
• Relocation Allowance: $15,000.
• Loan Repayment: $10,000 per year with indefinite continuation.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Combined Time Off: 240 hours per year (6 weeks), including PTO, holidays, sick leave, and CME.
• PTO Policy: Non-rollover; must be utilized within the year.

Continuing Medical Education (CME)
• CME Allowance: $5,000 annually.
• All upfront payments forgiven over the 3-year contract (1/36 per month).
