Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

Covenant HealthCare is actively recruiting a compassionate and skilled Breast Surgeon to join our distinguished team. We welcome candidates who are committed to delivering exceptional care to patients facing breast cancers, regardless of their level of experience.

Candidate Requirements:
Training: Successful completion of a Internal Medicine residency and a Hematology/Oncology fellowship program.
Certification: Candidates should either be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology with certification expected within 2 years for eligible candidates.
Experience: We encourage applications from both newly trained fellows and experienced practitioners, fostering a collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives and expertise.
Education: Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school, ensuring a solid foundation in medical education.
Visa Sponsorship: Covenant HealthCare is open to considering candidates requiring H1-B, visa sponsorship, recognizing the importance of diversity and international talent in our healthcare community.

Comprehensive Contracts & Benefits Package at Covenant HealthCare
Covenant HealthCare offers a robust contracts and benefits package designed to attract and retain top healthcare professionals. Key components of this package include:
Base Salary: $675,000 - $700,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses tied to WRVUs (Work Relative Value Units). Bonuses begin above 7,105 - 7368 RVUs at a rate of $95.00 per RVU. Plus, the opportunity of $4/wRVU related to quality metrics:
Quality metrics based on - Chart closure within 3 days, Coding accuracy, Patient satisfaction and Citizenship.
Paid Time Off (PTO): 7.4 weeks off per year (37) this will include holidays, CME, Sick and vacation.
Continuing Medical Education (CME): $3,500 stipend annually for CME activities.
Professional Dues and licensure paid.
Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 in reimbursement to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
Sign-on Bonus: $50,000. Half paid upon signing and the remaining half to be paid on first paycheck.
Training Stipend: $3,000 per month for up to 24 months, aiding recent graduates in their transition to full-time practice.
Student Loan Forgiveness: Negotiable
Retirement Plans: Retirement benefits including a 403B plan with matching funds and a 457B plan.
Insurance Coverage: Comprehensive coverage with paid malpractice insurance including tail coverage
Health Plans: options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Additional Benefits: Supportive benefits such as short- and long-term disability insurance, and life insurance policies available to ensure financial security and peace of mind. Pet insurance.
