Support Team Covenant HealthCare is dedicated to supporting cancer patients and their families as they face numerous challenges, including physical, emotional, and financial hardships. Offering a comprehensive range of services from prevention, detection, and education to diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation, Covenant HealthCare leads in advancing programs that support the full continuum of care. Recognizing that the fight against cancer impacts more than just the patient, Covenant HealthCare's services also extend to family members, providing essential support throughout their journey.
Comprehensive Support Services Include: Cancer Support Groups: These groups offer a safe space for patients and families to share experiences and receive emotional support. Community Programs: Engaging the community through cancer awareness, education, and prevention initiatives. Nurse Navigators: Providing guidance and coordination of care, helping patients navigate their treatment journey. Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation: Assisting patients in regaining strength and function during and after treatment. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist: Offering expert nutritional guidance to support overall health and recovery. Social Workers: Providing emotional support, resource navigation, and financial counseling. Survivorship Care: Ensuring patients maintain health and wellness after completing cancer treatment.
