Position Overview

  • Standard Monday-Friday Schedule, 8-5pm.
  • No Call
  • No Weekends
  • The incoming provider would be busy from day one. CTMC is booked out 4-5 months in advance and there is also the opportunity to take over a physician’s current patient population.
  • Average 13-18 patients per day but you also have the ability too see 25+ if you so desire.
  • Many of these include routine things such as hygiene checks and are quick in and outs. On average, maybe see 8-10 that require an actual procedure.
  • This is general, bread and butter dentistry seeing roughly 75% children and 25% adults.
  • There is ability to refer to the OMS and pediatric dentist on staff and still receive your payouts for Medicare/Medicaid so you can truly focus on proper patient care and refer out for things you are not comfortable with.
  • CTMC is passionate about educating patients on proper dental hygiene as well as “saving the tooth” rather than always going for an extraction.
  • The support staff including front office staff, administrators, billing, IT, hygienists and EFAs are unparalleled here. They are extremely well versed and make the providers job very simple. They are passionate about what they do and teamwork is smooth here.
  • X-ray on site as well as an awesome EMR that shares entire medical records to see DEA/Rx as well as total patient care – not just dental. 

Interview Process 

After an initial conversation with the candidate a name clear will be sent to Ron Camp for approval. This is to ensure that Cross Trails has not been in contact with them prior to engaging with Pacific Companies. Then: 

Nadia Rodriguez will submit a cover letter summarizing conversations she has had with the candidate, their spouse, along with a detailed report of their work experience and qualifications.  

  • CV and completed Pacific Companies background form.  
  • Board certification and state licensure confirmation.  
  • Personal insight regarding their spouse’s involvement and support of their practice decision, in addition to their long-term family goals.  
  • Potential phone, onsite interview dates, and start date goal.  

Upon your receipt of a candidate’s information, please let Nadia know which of the times provided work for a phone interview and he will set this with the candidate and send everyone a calendar invite.  

Process for On-Site Interview:  

  1. Cross Trails will arrange airfare, hotel, and on-site itinerary (including community tours or anything specific to needs). Or candidate will book, and Cross Trails will reimburse candidate of all expenses after the on-site visit. 
  2. The recruiter will have a personal zoom interview with physician and spouse to review itinerary and a draft agreement, make sure everything is structured properly, address any last-minute questions, gain commitment or decision timeline, which is typically 3-10 days. 
  3. The onsite visit will take place.   
  4. Feedback on the candidate from all Cross Trails decision makers within 24-48 hours following the site visit. 
  5. An executable agreement will be sent to the candidate.
