During my tour of the San Andreas Clinic with Medical Director Dr. Dean Kelaita, he mentioned that he is the only full-time primary care physician in San Andreas and is no longer accepting new patients. The earliest appointment for an existing patient is more than four months away! When I asked about new patient referrals, he confirmed with his front office staff, Susie, that the practice receives an average of 22 calls per week requesting new patient visits. This pent-up demand will be your new practice! Additionally, your required patients per hour metric is 1.75, meaning you are required to see 18 patients per day.
