Base Salary:
New grads: $210,000 - $220,000
Experienced: $230,000 - $240,000 (flexible for good candidates)
Bonuses/Merit Increases: Based on productivity, patient satisfaction, quality metrics, professional development.
Signing Bonus: Up to $20,000
