The breast imaging team enjoys a collaborative and supportive work environment, further enhanced by strong integration with the cancer center’s multidisciplinary team. The center’s proximity to dedicated breast surgeons, oncologists, and radiation specialists enables seamless care for patients. The facility recently underwent significant renovations, expanding clinical and biopsy spaces. Located on the second floor of the cancer center, the breast imaging team works closely with renowned breast surgeon Dr. Ed Staren and breast oncologist Dr. Valerie Volk, ensuring a highly collaborative clinical environment. The weekly breast cancer tumor board further enhances this multidisciplinary approach, bringing together various specialists to formulate comprehensive treatment plans for patients. This integrated approach provides both the imaging team and patients with unparalleled access to holistic care.
