Meet Our Team

When you join Eisenhower's Endocrinology team, you'll become part of a collaborative group of specialists who genuinely enjoy working together. As you walk through the clinic each morning, you'll exchange greetings with colleagues who have intentionally chosen Eisenhower for both its professional opportunities and the exceptional quality of life it offers. The genuine camaraderie among the team is immediately apparent—they consult each other on complex cases, cover for one another when needed, and have created a supportive environment where each provider can thrive.

Your future colleagues bring diverse backgrounds and special interests to the practice, creating a well-rounded team that handles the full spectrum of endocrine disorders. Dr. Wendy White, with her eight years at Eisenhower following her USC fellowship, seamlessly balances clinical care (75%) with her role as Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine residency (25%). Dr. Helen Baron brings seventeen years of experience and a special focus on diabetes management, while working at a 0.625 FTE. Dr. Julie Islam, three years into practice at Eisenhower after completing her fellowship at Scripps Clinic, serves a diverse patient population including transgender hormone management. Supporting the physicians is Nurse Practitioner Jill Hall-Crum, who has been with the practice for five of her six years as an NP.
