- $350,000 guaranteed base salary with potential to exceed $400,000
- $65 per wRVU beyond 5,400 + up to $30,000 quality bonus
- $25,000 sign-on bonus + $10,000 relocation allowance
- State loan repayment: up to $150,000 over 4 years
- $3,500 CME allowance annually + 5 weeks of PTO (includes holidays and CME time)
