The initial contract is for 3 years after which it is a renewable Evergreen Contract. During year one, you will have a guaranteed base salary plus you will be eligible for a $50K Quality & Citizenship bonus and will be paid $1134 for additional STEMI call (No STEMI call in Blairsville).
Starting in Year-2, you still get your base plus productivity incentive, an APP supervision stipend of $10K and APP productivity (has been about $19K), and the additional STEMI call. The productivity incentive is based on 9725 wRVUs (current numbers). Their providers average 14,000 RVUs annually. The productivity incentive is paid at 40% of a pool split equally and 60% based on individual contribution. Compensation will be fully explained at the appropriate time.
There is a starting bonus/sign-on bonus and relocation assistance (all forgiven after 2 years), one-week of paid CME ($6000), 45 days of PTO that you can get paid back for up to 15 days of unused PTO. Additionally, they have a very comprehensive benefits package; medical, life, disability, dental, vision and more. They provide an occurrence-based malpractice policy that includes tail insurance. The out-clause (the notification period) is 90 days.
