This is a non-surgical orthopedic role centered on outpatient musculoskeletal care. You will evaluate and manage patients across a broad range of orthopedic conditions, working within a collaborative team of orthopedic surgeons, podiatrists, and physical therapists in a well-equipped clinic.
The practice serves patients from across Umatilla County and surrounding rural communities in Eastern Oregon. Volume covers a broad mix of general musculoskeletal conditions, with a steady non-surgical caseload supported by the surgical team's referral base across hand, sports, trauma, and total joint subspecialties.
The clinic is supported by onsite imaging and a full diagnostic imaging center directly across the street at the hospital, allowing same-day imaging access for orthopedic workups.

You will work closely with the physical therapy team on patient recovery and with the orthopedic surgeons on the non-surgical management of patients who do not require operative care. The surgeons carry defined subspecialty focuses, including hand and joint replacement, sports medicine, trauma, and total joints, which gives the non-surgical practice a varied and well-supported case mix.
