Compensation
- Strong guaranteed base salary based on experience
- Signing / Relocation bonus
- Productivity:
RVU Rate of $62/ RVU. (63.38 MGMA National Median)
RVU Threshold of 8,065 (8,372 MGMA National Median))
Every RVU above 8,065 is paid out as a bonus at the end of each calendar year. - Performance Bonus
$10,000/ year (Paid at the end of Calendar Year)
Determined by patient satisfaction scores, must achieve a rate of “very good” in the Press Ganey system (75th % for Fiscal Year 2024) - CME - $5K
- Clinical Oversight
$15K/ Year per full-time APP
Contract Terms
- Out clause is 6 months’ notice of non-renewal.
If they find a replacement sooner the doctor can leave sooner - Non-compete- Tennessee statute for non-compete. TN Code
- All upfront money is forgiven over the 3-year contract (1/36 Per Month)
- Malpractice coverage is Occurrence based.
$1 million/$3 million at least (more for surgeons, $5 mil/$7 mil) - Combined Time off = 240 hours, essentially 6 weeks
This includes PTO, Holidays, Sick time, and CME.
CTO does not roll over to the next year. - They do not qualify for PSLF.
