Incoming physician will be employed through Hannibal Regional and will have a salary based on fair market value and experience.
- Competitive Base Compensation Starting at $575,000
- + Productivity Bonus - RVU threshold is 8,000 and RVU's are paid at $66 above that.
- $100,000 Student Loan Repayment.
- $50,000 Sign on Bonus.
- 10 Days Call per month. Additional Compensation for days over 10.
- 31 PTO Days.
