  • Retirement Savings Plan (RSP): INTEGRIS matches 50% of the first 8% of salary contributed, equating to a 4% match with a potential employer match of up to $14,000 based on the IRS compensation limit. INTEGRIS also contributes 2% of eligible pay annually. Physicians can defer up to $23,500 to tax-deferred or Roth accounts; those 50 and older may contribute an additional $7,500.
  • Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation: Available for voluntary deferral up to $23,500, concurrent with RSP participation.
  • Paid Time Off: 200 hours annually.
  • CME Allowance: $5,000 per year.
