Contract & Benefits

  • Annual starting salary of $274,313 paid bi-weekly. Base salary is made up of two components: 
  • Benchmark base salary – currently based on 60% of Median ($194,313). This component will be updated every January 1 based on the most recent 3 yr average benchmark data.
  • Productivity base salary which is based on RVU tiers. This component will be evaluated every January 1 and July 1. Productivity base salary ranges from $80,000 to a maximum of $170,000.
  • Quality Bonus up to a maximum of $30,000
  • Moonlighting shifts are compensated at the following rates

Maury Regional offers a competitive recruitment incentive package that includes: 

  • Sign-on bonus of $50,000, payable in stages in the onboarding process
  • Student loan repayment assistance (payable over 5 years) of $100,000
  • Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
  • A residency/fellowship stipend of up to $15,000, paid monthly from contract execution to start date

Additional benefits include insurance such as medical, dental, vision, disability, and prescription. A wellbeing program is offered along with an FSA account. There is a 401K retirement plan with dollar for dollar matching up to 4.4%. Paid time off is provided.
