There are four levels of base salary, and the levels are based off the years’ experience as a provider- for someone that is 2 years post graduating they can expect to start with an hourly rate of $65-70 an hour. In addition to a provider’s base salary, there is a bonus incentive plan where providers can earn points related to efficiency, safety, and patient satisfaction metrics. A full-time provider could earn up to $15k a year with this bonus plan. There is also a CME allowance of $3000 a year for full time and $1500 a year for part time. We offer a range of employment options – full time (144 hours a month), part time (120 hours or 80 hours a month) or PRN. Our scheduling policy allows for flexibility – meaning a provider can put in off requests (up to 7 days per month for full time), PTO and paid CME time off (40 hours a year for full time).
It’s a one-year contract with a 90 day out-clause-For this reason they pay their sign on bonus and relocation assistance half up front and the remaining half at the end of the first year.
