Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

Compensation will consist of a competitive guaranteed salary and a highly attainable $30K quality bonus, both are guaranteed for 2 years, a sign-on bonus, relocation stipend, and an annual $150K retention bonus that is paid quarterly. There is 6-weeks of PTO with 9-days of rollover, 7 holidays , 2 personal days, and 1-week of paid CME. They provide an occurrence malpractice insurance policy that includes tail insurance.

After the guarantee period, the provider will convert to RVU incentive (the provider can start earning RVU incentives during the guarantee period as well). Here are the thresholds:

6,428 - 9,192RVU - $70 per RVU, 9,193 – 15,320RVU - $75 per RVU, 15,321+RVU - $80 per RVU

An example of what one of our providers earned last year: he did over 12,000 RVUs which earned him $854,040 plus the quality and retention bonus.
