Clinical Environment

You will practice in a gorgeous, collaborative concierge clinic supported by MedStar's broader infrastructure. Care delivery emphasizes preventive medicine, longitudinal relationships, and personalized evidence-based treatment for a sophisticated patient population.

Patient Population

  • Adult primary care patients, with a practice scope that extends to adolescents age 14 and above (adult-only practice acceptable)
  • Sophisticated, high-expectation patient base, including professionals, executives, and occasional high-profile individuals
  • Continuity relationships that typically span years
  • Patients who expect direct, accessible communication with their physician

  • Integration of wearable health monitoring technology, including patient-worn devices such as Oura rings, for longitudinal wellness tracking
  • Telehealth platform for virtual visits
  • Direct patient access via phone and secure messaging
  • Car service available for patients requiring transportation to appointments
  • Complimentary visits at physician discretion as part of the concierge service model

Call Structure

  • Shared call coverage with concierge team physicians
  • Minimal nights and weekend obligations
  • Urgent concerns handled through the shared coverage rotation
  • 24/7/365 patient access model distributed across the physician team

Clinical Support and Referrals

  • Full access to the MedStar specialist network across primary and tertiary service lines
  • Multidisciplinary support including specialty consultation, wellness services, and care coordination teams
  • Ability to refer within an integrated system that includes more than 300 care sites in the region
  • Established relationships with subspecialists across cardiology, endocrinology, orthopedics, behavioral health, and other services
