Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

The contract is for 2 years and is auto-renewable unless one party exercises the 90-day notification requirement. Compensation will consist of a competitive (MGMA median) guaranteed salary and a highly attainable quality bonus, a sign-on bonus, relocation stipend and retention bonus. There are 32 days of PTO, 7 holidays, and one week of paid CME. They provide an occurrence malpractice insurance policy that includes tail insurance.

There is a comprehensive benefits package consisting of: Health, Dental and Vision, Life, Accidental Death and Disability; Flexible Spending Accounts and Professional Expense Reimbursement; Retirement/ Deferred Compensation Savings Plans - 403(b), 457(b), 457(f).
