You’ll receive a competitive base salary of $325,000, with productivity incentives that significantly elevate your income. CRNAs earn a 30% bonus on gross charges exceeding $500,000, with recent bonuses ranging from $41,000 to $56,000. The team-oriented scheduling model also gives you the power to structure your work weeks around your personal goals.

Work-Life Customization

The standard schedule follows a 2 weeks on / 1 week off model, but you’re encouraged to shape it based on your needs—whether that’s frontloading work for extended time off, or maintaining a predictable rhythm. Leadership supports customized contracts and promotes true work-life integration.
