Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

The position is hospital-employed through Centennial Medical Group, a division of CHI Mercy Health (CommonSpirit Health). Compensation is structured as a competitive base salary plus a wRVU productivity model, with sign-on, relocation, loan repayment, call stipend, and PMO partnership eligibility delivering additional value over the long term. CHI Mercy Health absorbs payor-mix risk on behalf of providers, so the physician is not financially impacted by Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial reimbursement variation.
