Northeast Counseling Services presents an exciting ACT Psychiatry opportunity that comes with an exceptional array of compensations and benefits. The base salary for this position is $325,000, an impressive amount that shows our commitment to valuing and rewarding our staff.

On top of this, we offer a sign-on bonus of $20,000. This is broken down into two installments, with 50% payable at the start of your employment and the remaining 50% disbursed at the six-month mark. Both payments are via payroll so taxes will be taken out. Recognizing that a job change can often require a physical move, we provide a relocation package that reimburses up to $20,000 to ease your transition.

We also understand the importance of time off for relaxation and professional growth. As such, our leave policy includes 20 days of annual leave. In addition, there are five days of CME leave, allowing you to engage in continuing professional development without sacrificing your vacation time. There's also a provision for ten sick days per year to ensure that you can recover from any illnesses without financial concerns. Moreover, you can look forward to ten paid holidays each year. To further support your professional development, we offer conference/dues/license reimbursement of up to $2,000 per year.

Your health and well-being are crucial to us. Hence, we provide a comprehensive health coverage plan through Geisinger Health, which also includes your family. Dental, vision, short and long-term disability insurances are included in your benefits package. We also recognize the importance of financial security in the longer term. With that in mind, you will have a pension plan in place, which is 100% vested after three years and amounts to 4% of your base salary. A 401(k) plan is also available for additional retirement savings.

We ensure your peace of mind through a life insurance policy, equivalent to one year of your annual salary. Additionally, to protect you from any professional liability, we offer annual malpractice insurance.
