Comprehensive Benefits for Peace of Mind

Beyond salary, your benefits are structured to protect your long-term interests. With 38–44 days of paid time off, you’ll have the flexibility to balance work with family, travel, and personal pursuits. CME support includes 10 days and $2,000 annually, ensuring you remain at the forefront of your field. Retirement planning is supported through 401(k), 403(b), and 457(b) options, with employer contributions and matches. Malpractice with tail coverage, student loan repayment eligibility through nonprofit employment, and relocation support round out a well-balanced offering.

  • Sign-On Bonus: $40,000
  • Relocation: Up to $6,000 (taxable)
  • CME: 10 days + $2,000 stipend, plus 10 professional travel days
