Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

There will be a guaranteed base salary of $420,000 to $500,000 annually based on experience. You will also have an opportunity to earn additional income through an RVU based productivity program.

Additional Compensation

  • Sign-on Bonus – $50,000
  • Quality incentive bonus up to $25,000
  • Fellowship Stipend - $2,000 monthly up to a max of $25,000
  • Relocation Assistance – Reimbursed up to $10,000

  • Retirement with a match: Employees are eligible to participate immediately upon hire in the Kaleida Health Savings/Investment 403(B) Plan administered by Fidelity Investments. You are always 100% vested in your contributions.
    Kaleida Health will match 50% of the first 4% that you contribute into the 403(B) plan.
    Vesting Schedule for match:
    1 -5 3% of eligible compensation
    6 – 10 4% of eligible compensation
    10 or more 5% of eligible compensation
  • Malpractice – Per occurrence, no tail needed. $1,300,000/$3,900,000.
  • PTO:
    4 weeks off per year (20 days)
    CME - 1 week (5 days) off. $4500 reimbursed per year.
    Holiday time off – 8 days  

KEY REQUIREMENTS 

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible. 
  • Current, unrestricted, New York State license or NYS Licensure in progress and active on date of hire. 
  • Current, unrestricted federal, and as needed state, prescriptive authority. 
  • New and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. 
  • Visa sponsorship will be considered. H1-B, visa expenses will be covered by Oishei.
