Oishei Children’s Hospital Currently has 6 Ped ENT’s serving the hospital, one that is employed by the hospital and five independent providers. Their goal is to hire two additional Ped ENTs to join the OCH team. This will be a hospital employed position with full benefits and an ongoing guaranteed salary. There is a defined need to add 1-2 more pediatric ENT’S. Currently there are 3 months wait times for surgeries and 2 months wait times for new patients.
