A Balanced Mix of Clinical Care and Leadership

Your clinical responsibilities at Golden Health are designed to keep you actively engaged in patient care while ensuring that your administrative work strengthens the practice as a whole. You’ll dedicate approximately 60% of your time to direct patient care, with a focus on the most acute and complex cases. This allows your colleagues to manage routine visits while you provide guidance and expertise where it matters most.

On a typical day, you may see around 8 patients, though the volume can be adjusted based on the needs of the clinic and your leadership duties. You’ll also support overflow when necessary, ensuring patients never feel lost in the system. The environment is designed to give you autonomy over how you allocate your time, with flexibility to adjust your balance between administrative and clinical work depending on circumstances.

Golden Health is a member-only outpatient model, which makes visits streamlined and focused. You’ll work with a fully staffed team—including experienced RNs, APPs, and behavioral health providers—supported by EPIC EMR with superuser training to maximize efficiency. While the schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, there may be optional weekend check-ins every other month, giving you the opportunity to stay closely connected without disrupting your work-life balance.
