Golden Health recognizes the importance of attracting and retaining strong physician leaders. This Medical Director role offers a competitive package that balances financial security with meaningful lifestyle benefits. With a base salary starting at $350,000–$365,000, plus a $50,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments, you’ll enjoy stability from the start. Annual bonuses tied to both individual and team performance further reinforce the value placed on your leadership.

Benefits are comprehensive and designed with physician well-being in mind. You’ll receive 20 days of PTO in your first year, in addition to paid holidays, CME, and sick time. Health, dental, vision, and retirement contributions are included, and while the retirement match may be less robust than some organizations, the tax advantages of Nevada’s no state income tax environment significantly boost your take-home pay.

What makes this package especially unique is the autonomy it provides. You’ll not be tied to rigid productivity models, but instead supported in balancing patient care with administrative leadership. This allows you to shape your schedule and priorities without the pressure often found in RVU-driven practices.

b. Meets Tobacco Cessation Screening and Plan at threshold @ 81.01%+

d. Meets BMI Screening and Plan at threshold @ 80.00%+
e. Meets Diabetes, A1C control at threshold @ 66.50%+
