Contract & Benefits

Our base salary plus quality and wRVU incentive compensation model is quite competitive and is designed to ensure financial stability and security as your practice grows.

Our generous benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage in addition to retirement savings plans. CME benefits, malpractice insurance coverage, and license reimbursement are also included as part of your employment benefits along with 30 paid days off a year. 

Recruitment Bonuses & Incentives: 

  • Signing/Commencement Bonus: $30,000
  • Relocation Reimbursement: $15,000
  • Student Loan Assistance: $75,000 

Residency Stipend: $1,500/month (Eligible for PGY2 & PGY3) Max $36,000 


Primary Care Compensation

Base Salary: $265,000

  • + $15,000 quality bonus
  • + wRVU Bonus starting in Year 1 (Conversion $43/wRVU, Threshold 6,340 wRVU)
  • =$280,000 + productivity bonus

Medical Director Compensation

Base Salary: $239,667

  • + $10,500 Quality Bonus
  • + $86,736 Medical Director Stipend (624 hours/year x $139/hour)
  • + wRVU Bonus starting in Year 1 (Conversion $43/wRVU, Threshold 4,940 wRVU)
  • = $336,903 + productivity bonus

Contract

  • 3-year contract
  • Malpractice Insurance + tail coverage
  • 90-day out clause
