There will be a guarantee base salary, every year, for the length of the initial agreement. In addition to that, there will be a call back stipend, for any night you are on call and get called to come in.

CRNAs will get 10 weeks of PTO. The PTO is all determined every October when the team sits down and picks all their PTO weeks. They do this as the EMR has a program to equal out all the various shifts and call for the entire team, for the whole year.
