Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview

This position offers a $400,000 guaranteed base salary, giving you predictable income from your first day. You will build your practice with a patient base that is 100% commercially insured, and delivery volume is expected to grow as the practice expands.

Texas has no state income tax, so you keep more of what you earn. A signing bonus, relocation assistance, and a 401(k) plan add to the package.
