You’ll join a dynamic, experienced team of OB/GYN physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants united by a shared mission to advance women’s health across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. This is a collegial, physician-led environment where Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) are respected partners in care delivery—not ancillary staff. Your clinical judgment, insight, and professional expertise will be valued in both patient care and practice development.
The organization’s multi-site structure includes several APPs already practicing within the group, creating a strong foundation for peer collaboration, mentorship, and shared learning. Physician colleagues bring decades of OB/GYN experience and are consistently available for consultation, complex case discussion, and informal mentorship. You’ll work within a fully supported team, where medical assistants and administrative staff are specifically trained for women’s health workflows—ensuring efficient patient flow, accurate education, and seamless follow-up coordination.
This isn’t a siloed or hierarchical environment—it’s a collaborative, mission-driven community of clinicians who understand that exceptional care begins with teamwork. You’ll always have access to guidance, support, and camaraderie from colleagues who share your passion for women’s health and your commitment to clinical excellence.
