Lucrative Compensation Package: The Facility Medical Director Role Offers High Earning Potential and Generous Benefits

The Facility Medical Director role features an attractive and dynamic compensation scheme with great earning potential. The package comprises a secure Medical Director's W2 salary of $24,000 per month, supplemented with a monthly productivity incentive of $4,000. The incentive is tied to meeting easily achievable productivity, management, and operational objectives.

Moreover, as part of the role, when you provide clinical services in the Emergency Department (ED), you will receive an additional 1099 remuneration of $270 per hour for day shifts and $285 per hour for night shifts. This role comes with a remarkable $60,000 sign-on bonus, provided you commit to the position for a minimum of 3 years.
