This will be a full-time employed position with UCHealth, and the incoming provider will practice solely at Regional West in Scottsbluff, NE with some outreach to Alliance and Bridgeport. It is a general cardiology position, based in the Heart and Vascular clinic on the Regional West campus.
The incoming cardiologist will be able to make this practice their own. They will be the only full-time cardiologist in Scottsbluff but have a full-support staff and team of 35 cardiologists with expertise in all subspecialties to collaborate with.
The work week can be 4-days per week or 5-days per week, there is flexibility with what you want your schedule to be. Ideally, the incoming cardiologist would have 3-4 days per week in clinic with one day of outreach. The outreach locations are in Alliance (53 miles East) and Bridgeport (37 miles Southeast) We would like the outreach to continue, however Regional West/UC Health will partner with the new cardiologist to determine what outreach looks like. If the new provider does not want to do outreach, we can be amenable to that.
