All MD/DO providers who have more than .6 FTE.
Overview:
Bonus payment for Production will be paid quarterly in the month following the end of the quarter. Payment months of May, August, November, and February. Any production bonus below the threshold in any given quarter will roll over to the next quarter. (see threshold) Bonus payments for Quality and Service will be made at the end of the year. Quality and service payments will be calculated based on the percent complete times the number of wRVU above the annual threshold for each category.
Rate
Work Relative Value Unit (wRVU) bonus $55
Threshold:
Base salary (hourly rate annualized by FTE) / by Total rate. Example, if provider A has a base salary of $340,000, their threshold would be 6,181 wRVU or 1545 per quarter. Only wRVU above the threshold will be paid for qualifying wRVU in any category.
Other Requirements:
Any provider may be exempted from the program if any of the below exemptions are met:
• Provider leaves or is terminated prior to payouts will not be eligible.
• Provider fails to have a satisfactory performance rating (<3)
• Providers whose patient satisfaction is below an average of 4.5 measured each quarter based on a rolling 12-month period.
