Your total first-year compensation is expected to reach approximately $290,000 when factoring in value-based incentives tied to quality metrics and panel performance. Beyond the base, a robust incentive structure reviewed semi-annually rewards you for the excellent care you provide, with compensation tied to RVU production and quality indicators as your panel grows. For physicians who supervise Advanced Practice Providers, an additional $10,000 stipend per APP—up to three APPs for a potential $30,000 in additional annual income—recognizes the mentorship and oversight you provide. This supervision opportunity is built into the practice structure, offering a natural pathway to enhanced earnings.

Signing Bonus and Relocation Support

Wellstar demonstrates its commitment to bringing you on board with a $40,000 sign-on bonus paid within 30 days of your start date—immediate recognition of the value you bring to the organization. Understanding that relocation involves significant expense and disruption, the system offers up to $20,000 in reimbursable relocation assistance, with flexibility to use Wellstar's Global Relocation services or manage your move independently.
