The pediatric surgery position offers a highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top-tier talent while ensuring financial stability and professional satisfaction. The base salary ranges between $450,000 and $500,000 with the potential for additional earnings through performance-based incentives. These incentives can add up to 50% of the base salary, bringing the total earning potential to over $600,000. Incentives are structured around clear, achievable performance metrics and are distributed annually.

  • Call all adds $150K a year on top of salary with 3 pediatric surgeons on the service.
  • Weekday call-$1200
  • Weekend / Holiday call $1500

To support a smooth transition into this role, there is a guaranteed salary with no penalties for unmet benchmarks during the initial ramp-up period. This ensures financial security while new hires integrate into the team and establish their practice. Call pay is included as part of the overall compensation package, reflecting the essential responsibilities associated with trauma and emergency pediatric care.
