This position will be a W2 Employed position where the incoming provider will have a guaranteed base salary of $700,000 plus productivity bonus if their year end collections surpasses the $700K guarantee and expenses. The bonus would be 50% of all collections after those two components are satisfied.
There will be a sign on bonus of $20,000 and $12,000 will be provided for relocation.
WCPS offers a 2-year path to partnership with two buy-in options.
Option one is the LCC Buy-In with Real Estate.
Option two is the PC Buy-In which includes
- Shared billing from the 4 APPs
- Sharing of the Call Equalization Pool.
- Shared income from the Technical Component of Imaging and Labs
Historically the ancillary revenue has been around $150K per year/ per Shareholder.
