What Is MAPS?

  • SOCIAL MEDIA - Active on Pacific Companies owned social media channels which includes Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter to continuously engage with our large physician audience.
  • DIGITAL MARKETING - Act of promoting and selling products and services by leveraging online marketing tactics such as paid social media marketing, search marketing, display marketing and email marketing. PC utilizes all the top digital marketing channels.
  • RETARGETING* - Ad’s that follow our website visitors around the web after they leave our PC Website. This reminds them of us and entices them to come back or reach out. We also have retargeting set up on our social media pages.
  • REVERSE MARKETING - Reverse marketing refers to the idea of prompting potential candidates to seek out Pacific Companies on their own. Ad’s showing our podcast, or sending blogs, etc. are all reverse marketing efforts.
  • PODCAST* - Pacific Companies hosts The Doc Lounge podcast that highlights physicians as guests to talk about their most unique and challenging cases in the Crazy Cases series and to share their knowledge and provide advice in the Providers Perspective series. The podcast is featured on Apple, Spotify and Google Podcasts.
  • TEXT MARKETING - Notifies candidates and clients of new opportunities which does more than drive conversions, it sparks conversations.
  • PC COMPASS REPORT - A customized and visually stimulating detailed digital report summarizing an opportunity and location.
  • CONFERENCE TAGGING* - We use global positioning (GPS) or radio frequency identification (RFID) to define the geographic boundaries of healthcare conferences. Then, once this “virtual barrier” is established, we set up triggers that show our advertisements as they browse their phones on the web or social media.
  • PAID TARGETED ADVERTISEMENTS* - Online paid advertising is a rewarding method for bringing in traffic to your website and rallying leads. Online paid advertising requires the purchase of ad spots to attract internet traffic. The featured ads show up on designated websites, and marketers or companies bid against their competition for keywords that pertain to their services or products. The bidding is dependent on a certain number of responses or there’s a fixed price for impressions.
  • VIDEO ADVERTISEMENTS* (Paid & Organic) - Same as above, we can use videos as a paid advertisement. All the videos we post on our website and social media is organic video advertising. We create custom job video advertisements for each job based on location and specialty.

  • CUSTOM MASS EMAIL CAMPAIGNS - Unique campaigns customized per opportunity, professionally designed by our marketing department and sent to providers from our proprietary data base. We use a proprietary platform which allows PC to track all associated analytics i.e., open rate, click rate and time spent viewing the opportunity.
  • COLD/WARM CALLING - Through our database by specialty, region, etc. Warm calling would be candidates a colleague is working with; we have worked with before; or referred to us by another physician we work(ed) with.
  • SOCIETY CONFERENCES* - Specialty specific annual/regional Educational (CME) meetings. Like ACOG, ACG, SHM.
  • PROPRIETARY DATABASE OF OVER 800K - Proprietary database of over 800K providers nationwide. Includes emails, phone numbers, addresses, work history, etc.
  • CUSTOMIZED DIRECT MAIL CAMPAIGNS - Our professional marketing department creates customized high-resolution advertisements to advertise an opportunity(s) via USPS mail. These unique postcards are mailed out to relevant providers nationwide. Approximately 30-40% of our placements are a direct result of the mail campaigns and reach passive candidates that are not on job boards.
  • ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SOURCING* - Continuously monitors candidates and alerts you with predictive availability signals when a candidate is likely ready for a new opportunity.
