Great Place to Work produces the annual Fortune "100 Best Companies to Work For®" list and over a dozen other Best Workplaces lists in the U.S.

The list includes health care organizations that rate highest for employee satisfaction and attract top industry talent. Baylor Scott & White also received a great workplace certification from Great Place to Work, which is awarded to companies that achieve an employee satisfaction score of 70 percent or higher. Eighty-two percent of Baylor Scott & White employees surveyed anonymously by the institute said the health system is a great place to work.
