As the new Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician at Bozeman Health, you’ll step into a well-established, consultative-only practice designed to support both patient outcomes and physician well-being. The clinic’s structure allows you to focus exclusively on high-risk pregnancies and complex maternal conditions, working in partnership with referring OB/GYNs, midwives, and primary care physicians throughout southwest Montana.
Each day, you’ll see approximately 18 patients within a four-day workweek, blending in-person consults with telehealth appointments for surrounding communities such as Livingston, Butte, and Helena. With access to advanced imaging, three ultrasound rooms, and a team of MFM-trained sonographers, your practice will combine precision diagnostics with compassionate, patient-centered care.
You’ll manage a broad spectrum of maternal and fetal conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, thyroid and renal disorders, infectious diseases, and multiple gestations. The clinic’s recent remodel and integration with the Women’s Specialists team create an ideal environment for interdisciplinary collaboration—ensuring patients receive seamless, coordinated care from preconception through delivery.
