This position provides a guaranteed base salary with additional opportunities for both productivity and quality incentives. The incentive structure rewards meaningful patient outcomes, adherence to clinical best practices, and overall efficiency—encouraging physicians to focus on compassionate, high-quality care rather than volume.

  • Base Salary: $545,427
  • Call Money: $56,328
  • wRVU Target: 7,309 annually at $75.50 per wRVU over the semiannual threshold
  • Quality Bonus: Up to $30,302 annually based on performance metrics
  • Sign-On Bonus: $30,000, paid within the first 30 days of employment
  • APC Supervising: $10,000
  • Relocation Assistance: Provided, with adjustments available for tax considerations
  • Malpractice Insurance: Occurrence-based, fully covered by the employer
  • Retirement Plan: 403(b) with employer match
  • Paid Leave: 6 weeks of vacation, 5 CME days, and 6 paid holidays
  • CME Allowance: Included for continued professional development
