The Maternal-Fetal Medicine team consists of one board-certified MFM physician, one experienced physician assistant, two nurses, one medical assistant, and three MFM-trained sonographers. Together, they form the core of a consultative service that supports two local OB/GYN groups and more than 50 primary care providers across the region.

Kevin Saiki, MD, Maternal-Fetal Medicine – Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology with subspecialty certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Dr. Saiki completed his medical degree at the University of California, Davis, followed by residency at the University of Colorado and fellowship at the University of Utah. His clinical interests include prenatal diagnosis, perinatal genetics, and complex maternal medical conditions. Known for his approachable, collaborative style, Dr. Saiki is dedicated to advancing maternal health through both innovation and compassionate care.

Kelsey Ogilvie, PA-C, Maternal-Fetal Medicine – With more than 12 years of MFM experience, including prior tenure at Billings Clinic, Kelsey is a cornerstone of the practice’s consultative model. She leads gestational and pre-gestational diabetes management, conducts patient education, and manages follow-up consults. Known for her calm, personable demeanor, she helps patients navigate complex pregnancies with clarity and reassurance.
