Your clinical practice will be the centerpiece of a long-overdue regional solution for heart failure patients. You’ll engage with a vast and underserved population—individuals currently without access to a dedicated heart failure program—bringing them continuity, advanced treatment options, and compassionate care. With robust support and the infrastructure to match, your focus will be on quality care delivery and sustainable growth, not administrative overload.
You’ll work in newly upgraded, multidisciplinary facilities that include a $29 million cath lab with eight state-of-the-art procedure rooms. The environment is designed for coordinated care, and your practice will be supported by 2–3 dedicated APPs, RN triage services, remote monitoring nurses, and case workers. EMR is fully integrated across all sites using Epic, enabling seamless care transitions and home call flexibility. Your clinical contributions will directly influence program development, from daily practice patterns to long-term service expansions like LVAD and transplant.
Your days will be meaningful and mission-driven—delivering hope and stability to patients who previously had few local options. From routine clinic visits to critical inpatient decisions, your role will be both hands-on and visionary, supported by a team and system committed to innovation and heart failure excellence.
