Meet The Team

A Collaborative, Veteran Team That Sets You Up for Success

You will join a urology team defined by longevity, efficiency, and genuine camaraderie. The department has evolved through years of high demand, and the result is a group of professionals who know how to support a busy surgeon and ensure that your day runs smoothly from clinic to OR. With physician-friendly leadership and an unusually stable workforce, you’ll feel the difference the moment you step into the practice.

Your closest clinical partner will be the sole full-time urologist currently carrying the bulk of the department’s volume. He is known throughout the hospital for his efficiency, straightforward communication style, and willingness to support colleagues. Though he chooses not to perform robotic surgery, he maintains an exceptionally high clinical load and would welcome a partner who can complement his skills—especially in robotics. A senior part-time urologist contributes additional coverage, and locums help fill the remaining need, though the goal is to bring permanent partners onboard to stabilize the service line.

In the clinic, you will work with a consistent MA and LVN team accustomed to rapid patient turnover and proactive preparation. Schedulers, administrators, and front-desk staff have been trained to manage high demand without sacrificing patient experience. The group’s culture is unique for its size: each staff member understands the workflow of every physician, removing the “my doctor” silos that often slow down outpatient operations.

Inside the OR, you will work with one of the most experienced surgical teams in the region. Many members of the OR staff have been at the hospital for 10 to 25 years, with some serving for more than four decades. Their expertise allows them to keep turnover tight, handle two-room schedules, and support complex cases without hesitation. Robotics-trained staff are ready to assist immediately, and leadership prides itself on maintaining a no-traveler environment to preserve continuity and quality.
